Mandatory Qualifications:
- The Training Lead must have five (5) years or more experience working on an IT project developing and delivering training on new web-based applications.
- The Training Lead must have three (3) years recent and demonstrable strong analytical skills and experience in eLearning.
- The Training Lead must have developed a training team via “train the trainer” methods.
- The Training Lead must have experience developing guides, materials, websites, etc. for both instructor-led and online learning courses.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
