Senior Software Engineer

Mandatory Qualifications: 

  • Seven (7) years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming. At least four (4) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.
  • Possession a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
  • Seven (7) years of experience on a large-scale project, aligning IT systems with organizational business processes. At least four (4) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.
  • Three (3) years of experience in the architecture, design, installation/ implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of BizTalk Server Enterprise Edition (v2016 or later) and Microsoft (MS) Structured Query Language (SQL) server (v2016 or later).
  • Three (3) years of experience in the architecture, design, installation/implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows and .NET based solutions using the following stack:
    • Windows Server Operating System
    • Internet Information Services
    • Windows Services
    • NET Framework
  • Two (2) years of experience working on migration of on- premises Windows server-based solutions to AWS cloud platform.

Certifications:

Possess an active and valid certification as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE): Core Infrastructure.

Desirable Qualifications:    

  • Six (6) months or more of experience designing and developing the logical and physical architecture associated with the web applications utilizing MS Technologies and SQL server.
  • Six (6) months or more of experience supporting n-tier applications, including both custom and commercial applications, using MS SQL server on the MS platform.
  • Six (6) months or more of experience performing technical support functions relating to HIPAA transactions. HIPAA transactions include the following information transmissions: health claims or equivalent encounter information; health care payment and remittance advice; coordination of benefits; and health care claim status.
  • Possess an active and valid certification as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE): Core Infrastructure.
  • Six (6) months or more of experience as a MS SQL Server 2016 Database Administrator, including database configuration, tuning, and deployment.
  • Six (6) months or more of experience troubleshooting and resolving database integrity issues, performance issues, blocking and deadlocking issues, replication issues, log shipping issues, connectivity issues, and security encryption issues.
