Organizational Change Management Lead

Required Skills:

• Minimum three (3) years’ experience in implementing OCM, for IT system implementations, using the Proscj ®/ADKAR® or equivalent OCM framework with a minimum of 3,000 users.
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience performing training duties related to an IT project.
• Minimum one (1) year’s experience as the OCM Lead on an IT project(s) implementing the Contractor’s COTS/MOTS.
• Current Prosci® certification or Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP). (Please provide copy)
• Possession of a *Bachelor’s degree. (Need copy of Bachelor degree)
