IT Systems Support Specialist

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years full-time professional experience in a social services agency conducting public
  • assistance eligibility determination using automated systems including CalWIN and MEDS. At least one year must have included responsibility for research and resolution of problems with cases in an automated system such as CalWIN and CalHEERS. 
  • Experience with CalWORKS, Cal Fresh, and Medi-Cal is desirable.
    Must have familiarity with Service Desk software products. Prefer Service Now and Jira knowledge.
