Required Skills:
Minimum of seven (7) years of proven Information Technology (IT) Business Analyst experience in the following areas:
- Understanding the team’s challenges and writing requirements to develop solutions.
- Collaborating with technical team members and enterprise application users to develop business functional requirements and non-functional requirements.
- Understanding of IT Enterprise applications (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle)
- Determining business analysis level of effort estimations for assigned projects.
- Creating business analysis documents and quality assurances for assigned projects.
- Writing formal requirements and developing design documentation for IT applications.
- Collaborating with vendor software developers and technical team members to ensure a shared understanding of the business model and detailed functional requirements.
- Eliciting and documenting business requirements, functional requirements, and test strategies for technical solutions to meet business needs.
- Understanding business strategy and objectives by studying the business function, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats.
- Establishing the estimation of requirements documentation and testing efforts for various projects and initiatives.
- Responding proactively to both business and project issues and escalates appropriately.
- Various types of project management and business analysis software. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Possesses advanced level understanding of Business Analysis (BA), Quality Assurance (QA)/Quality Control (QC) professional standards, business processes, workflows, methodologies, and leading practices.
Possess the ability to run meetings and deliver presentations to executives.
Possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be able to understand and communicate complex technical concepts. Must be able to deliver and communicate estimates and timelines.
Possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent University degree.
