Mandatory Qualifications:
- Successful remediation of documents, forms, contracts, and templates that are already on a website to meet website compliance with the following related standards: AB 434; Level A and Level AA of the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1); Section 508 of the US Rehabilitation Act for features and functions; The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA); Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No.2) Accessibility Regulations 2018.
- Experience must have been within the last two (2) years.
- Experience must have included one state or local government remediation project of 50,000 documents or more.
Tasks & Deliverables:
- The Contractor will provide a written weekly status report as requested and conduct onsite contracted service, as directed by the CSA.
- Provide Document Remediation Services.
- Accept digital files from the State Archives.
- Provide a current VPAT.
- Provide 100% accurate WCAG 2.1 compliant, HHS, Section 508, and PDF/UA by incorporating industry standards for WCAG 2.1 compliance, HHS, Section 508, and PDF/UA. previously identified in Section A. Scope and Description.
- Provide the State Archives with a sample batch of 10 documents for a quality check before continuing with the total project.
