Mandatory Qualifications:
- The CDR Programmer must have at least five (5) years of experience developing and supporting technical solutions using Microsoft .Net (VB.Net or C#.Net). Two (2) of these years must be in a lead capacity.
- The CDR Programmer must have at least three (3) years of experience configuring and implementing licensing and permitting applications for customers using IPS CDR v11 or higher.
- The CDR Programmer must have at least two (2) years of experience developing software as part of an agile project team meeting Sprint “Definition of Done” criteria.
- The CDR Programmer must have at least one (1) year of experience with Infor Rhythm for Civics to implement public facing permit or licensing.
- The CDR Programmer must have Credit Card payment processing integration experience with payment gateway services such as First Data or Elavon.
- The CDR Programmer must have at least one (1) year experience implementing applications using an Oracle database.
Desirable:
- Adobe Web Services, AEM, AdobeSign
- GIS
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
