No. Position :2 | Shift: 3 PM to 12 AM | Initially 3 months Remote after that need to join Hyderabad / Bangalore Location.
- Have 4 – 5 years of experience in IAM solution configuration and implementation for a Medium enterprise or organisation
- Good understanding of IAM policy, standard and/or guidelines and Active Directory standard
- Comfortable with IAM and SSO technologies.
- Well versed with IAM and SSO flows and modules involved.
- Clear understanding of Active Directory, LDAP is a plus
- Experience in performing SSO integration in an organisation setup
- Strong Knowledge of Identity and Access Management processes including but not limited to Lifecycle Management, Governance, Access Certifications etc.
- Hands on experience in Aggregations, Identity Refresh, Provisioning, Workflows, Tasks, Rules and Roles.
- Ability to lead and/or actively participate in war rooms, working sessions and stakeholder meetings
- Good understanding of Directory Services (AD/LDAP) and different types of connectors (Microsoft AD, Azure AD).
- Good understanding of ITIL processes and experience in managing tasks and operations support within defined Service Level Agreements (SLA) across geographically distributed teams.
- User Access Management tasks:
o Grant, modify and revoke user access rights to all multi-user information assets including Operating Systems, Infrastructure Applications, Databases, and Network Devices in scope
o Protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of assets and information basis defined policies, processes and procedures.
o Provision user/super user/admin access for Client and/or Client authorized third party on the IT applications being used to deliver service.
o Perform a quarterly review of all user IDs (Client IDs and Third Party/ Partner IDs)
o Knowledge of 2 Factor Authentication systems and should be able to resolve issues around it - Other role requirements:
o Good knowledge on Google SSO for SaaS and Web Applications
- User Access Management tasks:
- Knowledge on DUO MFA implementation for Servers (Windows & Linux)
o Good knowledge on Atlassian & Datadog Cloud Identity services - Knowledge on Qualis Patch Management Configuration for Servers & Workstations.
o Knowledge on Okta SSO is an added advantage - Experience with ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus, Freshdesk and Jira.
o Strong communication (Oral and Written) and Problem-Solving skills.
o Ability to handle and prioritize multiple requests.
o Excellent technical writing skills (RCA, Incident Reports, etc..
