Skills Required:
- Skill knowledge of public Cloud services such as Azure, AWS, GCP
- Skill knowledge of Building, automating, and maintaining systems and application deployments on cloud-based platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.
- Skill knowledge of setup, configuration, and fine-tuning applications and systems monitoring and notifications with Microsoft Systems Configuration Operations Manager (SCOM)

- Skill knowledge of agile project management for customer projects, including driving customer requirements, demonstrations, and deliverables
- Skill knowledge of networking and internet protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP and distributed networks
- Skill knowledge of coordination and communication system changes among the network, operating systems, security, and application programmer groups
- Skill knowledge of complex system administration tasks on Microsoft Windows operating systems
- Skill knowledge of developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures and Run Book documentation
- Skill knowledge of following ITIL processes (Incident, Change and Problem Management)
- Skill knowledge of technical skills with monitoring, maintaining, upgrading, and support new and existing Microsoft Windows systems; this includes hardware, software, applications, services and all configurations
- Skill knowledge of collaboration with other personnel on technical projects for the advancement of IT services and capabilities
- Skill knowledge of monitoring systems, servers and equipment for performance, security and stability
- Skill knowledge of recommending changes to improve systems and network configurations, and determines hardware or software requirements related to such change
- Skill knowledge of the assignment, modification, and deletion of user accounts and resolving security access problems while maintaining security
- Skill knowledge of developing documentation for systems administration procedures
- Skill knowledge of capacity to work with a wide variety of technical issues, solve day-to-day technical escalated helpdesk tickets
- 5+ years of proven work experience with Microsoft Windows server operating systems including Internet Information Services (IIS), Orchestrator, Operations Manager, and Powershell
- Proven work experience with security remediation measures for maintaining and improving health ratings
- Proven work experience within software deployments and maintain updates for compliance
- Proven work experience with Tanium for patch management, software deployments, and reporting
- Proven work experience with VMware vSphere
- Hands-on experience in analyzing memory dumps for root cause analysis and / or propose and implement fixes
- Hands-on experience in writing business and technical documents and flowcharts
- Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures and running Book documentation.
- Proven work experience with Advanced knowledge of Microsoft server technologies, IIS, SCCM, Powershell, and Ansible
- Proven work experience with performing systems analysis of procedures, recommend and implementing solutions to improve systems processes
- Hands-on experience in setup, configuring, and fine-tuning applications and systems monitoring and notifications with Microsoft Systems Configuration Operations Manager (SCOM)
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and identifying hardware and software problems in a timely manner; resolving routine problems and researching resources to identify solutions
- Proven work experience with Compliance and Governance in understanding (PCI, PII, HIPAA, DFARS)
- Hands-on experience in system design, configuration, and test computer hardware, networking software and operating system software
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited college
