Five (5) years of broad, extensive, and increasingly responsible Project Manager project experience applying project management principles, methods, techniques, and tools. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.
Two (2) years’ experience working in an Engagement Manager for ServiceNow projects.Four (4) successful ServiceNow implementations completed in an Engagement Manager/Project Manager role in the last two years.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Bachelor’s Degree, additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

Five (5) years’ Project Management experience following the Scrum Framework and/or applying Agile Methodology.
Bachelor’s Degree in an IT related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
