Mandatory Qualifications: 
  • A minimum of two (2) staff resources must have a minimum of five (5) years of verifiable experience within the last eight (8) years from the Solicitation Date in designing, coding, building, configuring, and implementing an Online appeals portal. Staff resources must be familiar with the following Information Technologies.
    o          Internet
    o          Programming
    o          Website development
    o          Integration of web form
    o          Salesforce integration
    o          Appeals workflow process integration
  • A minimum of one (1) staff resource must have a minimum of two (2) years of verifiable experience within the last eight (8) years from Solicitation Date in the development and delivery of an online appeals system.
  • A minimum of one (1) staff resource must have a minimum of two (2) years of verifiable experience within the last eight (8) years from Solicitation Date in the development and delivery of an online appeals system.
  • A minimum of one (1) staff resource must have a minimum of two (2) years of verifiable experience within the last eight (8) years from the solicitation date documenting business processes and procedures.
  • A minimum of one (1) staff resource must have a Salesforce Administrator Certification.
Information Technologies and Skills         
  • Familiarity with the Internet
  • Able to do programming
  • Ability to do the website development
  • Integration of webform
  • Knowledge of Salesforce integration
  • Certified as a Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Administrator
  • Understanding of appeals workflow process integration
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate Project Management concepts and ideas effectively

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology.
Certification: Certified as a Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Administrator.
