Required Skills:

1. Three (3) application and platform upgrades to IBM-TRIRIGA Platform version 3.8 and Application version 10.8 to include the Facilities Manager module within the last five (5) years working as a project lead or consultant.
2. Two (2) implementations of interfacing IBM-TRIRIGA with the ESRI Arc GIS application within the last five (5) years.
3. Three (3) years of experience within the last five (5) years with the Installation, configuration, and performance tuning of the IBM-TRIRIGA software suite in a Windows Server-based environment.
4. Three (3) years of experience within the last five (5) years with the development of new data objects, associated data entry screens, and workflows.
5. Three (3) years of experience within the last five (5) years with setup/configuration of location and asset-based preventive maintenance schedules.
