Required Skills

1. Three (3) years of experience within the last five (5) years installing, configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing client computing devices or software, in a centralized Information Technology organization.
2. Three (3) years of experience within the last five (5) years of the initial installation of computer hardware and peripherals as well as the de-installation and re-installation of same. Includes operating system software, database software, application server software, and application software.

Responsibilities / Duties

• Installation Services of computer hardware and peripherals as well as de-installation and re-installation of same. Including operating system software, database software, application server software, and application software.
• Replace 475 Windows 7 PCs and monitors.
• Reimage 450 Windows 10 PCs.
• Migrate workstation and data to a new AD (HOSTED) Domain.
• Provide end-user support with AD (HOSTED) Domain login instructions.
• Provide end-user support with access to zScaler; a cloud-based VPN solution.
