Required Skills:

  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Business Solutions Analyst.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of Quality Assurance experience.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience with Security systems.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience demonstrating an understanding of software development cycles, including Agile development and testing.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience with test plan creation, and load/stress testing.
  • Possession of a bachelor’s degree OR four (4) additional years of experience as a Business Solutions Analyst on top of the five (5) years required in Qualification 1.

Desired Skills:           

  • Six (6) years of experience as a Business Solutions Analyst.
  • Six (6) or more years of experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes. At least two (2) years of that experience must be in a lead capacity.
  • Four (4) or more years of Quality Assurance experience.
  • Four (4) or more years of experience with Security systems.
  • Four (4) years of experience demonstrating an understanding of software development cycles, including Agile development and testing.
  • Four (4) years of experience with test plan creation, and load/stress testing.
  • Possession of a master’s degree in Computer Science, related engineering field or Business Administration.

Preferred Certifications:

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).

Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA).
