Business Analyst

Mandatory Qualifications: 
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience providing diverse technical services to government agencies of which at least 2 years were for the State of California.
  • A minimum of 5 years of IT project experience with managing business analysis projects and/or user requirements were key sub-project elements.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in producing State of California project approval and procurement documents.
  • A minimum of 3 years of schedule management and 3 years of MS Project experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience leading and facilitating team meetings.
  • A minimum of 5 years of business process review and gap analysis experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of consulting experience or State management experience on programs worth at least $100M with more than 1,000 users.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in project transition support and vendor coordination.
  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University.
  • Current PMP certification issued the PMI.
Desirable Qualifications:    
  • Over 9 years of experience providing diverse technical services to government agencies of which at least 3 years were for the State of California.
  • Over 7 years of IT project experience with managing business analysis projects and/or user requirements were key sub-project elements.
  • Over 7 years of experience in producing State of California project approval and procurement documents.
  • Over 5 years of schedule management and 5 years of MS Project experience.
  • Over 7 years of experience leading and facilitating team meetings.
  • Over 7 years of business process review and gap analysis experience.
  • Over 7 years of consulting experience or State management experience on programs worth at least $100M with more than 1,000 users.
  • A minimum of 3 engagements require the planning of data migration from one system to another.

Education: A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University.

Certifications: Current PMP certification issued by the PMI.
