Mandatory Qualifications:
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in Customizable .NET CMS implementations for large-scale Web sites.
- A minimum of three (3) years of knowledge and experience in WCAG 2.1 level AA ADA compliancy, Section 508, Subpart B, Subsection 1194.22, Guidelines A-P of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 as revised in 1998 and W3C standards for California State Government.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in using Extensible HyperText Markup Language templates that work in conjunction with Cascading Style Sheets files as well as JavaScript files.
- A minimum of three (3) years of knowledge and experience in using California CA.Gov templates.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in developing customized workflows.
- Have migrated at least three (3) Web sites on the Customizable .NET CMS platform for the State of California Government.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Active Server Pages .NET development and programming. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.
- Must be Customizable .NET CMS certified.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
Certifications:
Must be Customizable .NET CMS certified.
