Mandatory Qualifications:
- A minimum of seven (7) years of Full Time Equivalent (FTE) experience of broad, extensive, and increasing responsible Project Management (PM) experience applying PM principles, methods, techniques, and tools.
- A minimum of four (4) years of that experience must have been in a Senior PM capacity.
- A Bachelor’s Degree or additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
- Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. Provide a copy of the proposed staff’s PMP Certification with a final bid submitted. The PMP certification is required and may not be substituted with additional experience.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience providing PM services for Agile or Waterfall projects.
- Certifications for SAFe Agilist certification or Scrum Master.
- Experience with the California Department of Technology’s Project Approval Lifecycle (PAL) process.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience working with California Health and Human Services Agency (CalHHS) and/or DHCS programs and projects, such as California Statewide Automated Welfare System (CalSAWS), CalHEERS, MEDS, etc.
Education: A Bachelor’s Degree or additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
Certification: Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. Provide a copy of PMP Certification and Certifications for SAFe Agilist certification or Scrum Master.
