Project Manager

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Staff resources must have a minimum of five (5) years of verifiable experience within the last seven (7) years from the Solicitation Date.
  • The Project Manager shall possess five (5) years’ experience within the last seven (7) years from the Solicitation Date working as a Project Manager/Product Manager on IT projects involving design, development /configuration, implementation, and deployment of complex applications.
  • The Project Manager must have three (3) years’ experience working as a Project Manager on IT projects managing the design, development/configuration, implementation, and deployment of a Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) product.
  • The Project Manager must have three (3) years’ experience working on at least one (1) successful IT project which utilized an Agile software delivery methodology; the PM experience should be as a Product Manager, Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach role, working to ensure the team is working effectively and delivering business value efficiently.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.

Certifications:

Hold a current Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Project Management Institute Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification.
