Mandatory Qualifications:
Project Management Services – Project Managers must be skilled in the following:
- Budgeting
- Scope Management
- Change Management
- Time Management
- Cost Management
- Quality Management
- Human Resources Management
- Communications Management
- Risk Management
The Project Manager must be PMP certified and have experience in the following:
- Municipal Government process and procedures
- Software development lifecycles
- Successful implementation of Cloud and On-Premises Enterprise hardware and software systems and applications. Experience with the following systems is preferred:

- Oracle Cloud ERP (Cloud)
- Tyler Energov (on-premise)
- Laserfiche (on-premise)
- Microsoft SharePoint (Cloud)
Roles & Responsibilities:
The Project Manager must be able to assist City with Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes.
- Application testing to determine if business requirements have been met
- Application testing to determine if City standards have been met
- Application testing to determine if performance requirements have been met
- Review and report ongoing testing results to the City
- Resolve failed testing scenarios with the development group
- Bug and enhancement task tracking
- Data Validation or Q&A
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology.
