Mandatory Qualifications:
- The Analyst candidate must have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience applying analytical processes on Information Technology (IT) Projects involving the design, development/configuration, implementation and deployment of digital/web services and solutions, ideally where open source and cloud technologies and various development methodologies have been applied.
- The Analyst must have a minimum of two (4) years’ experience in an Agile project to facilitate the development of the Product Vision, Product Roadmap, User Stories, Release Plans, and Sprint Plans with the Product Owner, Product Manager, and Architecture Owner.
- The Analyst must have at least one (2) year experience using Jira or Octane software to create and manage product and sprint backlog.
- The Analyst must have at least five (5) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in systems analysis and design of a Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) product.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
